What formats does AGIVA offer?

AGIVA offers a full range of professional styling formats: aqua waxes, clay waxes, cream waxes, pomades, gel waxes, styling gels and gum gels, a spider cream wax, temporary colour waxes, and a lightweight styling powder/dust. There is also a dedicated beard care line.

How do I choose between wax, gel, and powder?

  • Waxes & pomades – Best for defined styles with flexible-to-ultra-strong hold and a natural or matte finish.
  • Aqua waxes – Water-based, wash out easily, and range from grooming to mega-strong hold.
  • Styling gels & gum gels – Ideal for wet-look styles; provide 24-hour hold with no flaking.
  • Styling powder/dust – Adds volume and root lift with a matte finish; works similarly to dry shampoo.

What hold levels are available?

AGIVA products cover the full spectrum:

  • Flexible hold – e.g., Styling Dust Blue #1, Aqua Wax Grooming 04 Yellow
  • Strong hold – e.g., Styling Dust Black #2, Aqua Wax Strong 01 Orange, Hair Strong Gel 02

Do the waxes leave a shiny or matte finish?

It depends on the product. Clay wax, styling paste, and styling powder give a matte finish. Aqua waxes and cream waxes typically deliver a natural-to-shiny finish. Brillantine and pomades provide a classic shiny look.

Application & Use

How do I apply AGIVA styling products?

Start with a small amount — a pea-to-dime-sized portion is usually enough. Warm it between your palms, then work it evenly through damp or dry hair. Build up gradually for more hold.

Are AGIVA styling products water-soluble?

Yes. All waxes and aqua waxes are water-soluble, so they wash out easily with water and regular shampoo, leaving no residue.

Do AGIVA products contain alcohol?

No. AGIVA waxes and gels are alcohol-free.

Do the gels flake or feel sticky?

No. AGIVA styling gels and gum gels are formulated to provide a firm, 24-hour hold without flaking, stickiness, or residue.

Do any products offer UV protection or added conditioning?

Yes. The wax and aqua wax range contains UV protection and Vitamin E to help protect and condition hair during styling.

Colour Wax

What colours are available in the colour wax range?

AGIVA Colour Wax comes in eight shades: White, Blue, Yellow, Violet, Red, Black, Pink, and Grey.

How long does the colour last?

AGIVA Colour Wax is a temporary colour — it rinses out instantly with water without damaging hair.

Can colour wax be used on any hair type?

Yes. The gel-formula colour wax also provides a strong hold while adding temporary colour, making it suitable for a wide range of styles.

Beard Care

What beard products does AGIVA offer?

AGIVA has a dedicated beard care line that includes:

  • Beard Oil (100 mL) – Softens, conditions, and helps tame frizz in the beard and mustache.
  • Beard Shampoo (150 mL) – Cleanses and softens the beard while reducing itchiness and protecting the skin underneath.
  • Beard Shampoo & Oil Set – A combined routine kit for full beard care.
